>> Problem:

When using Staircases result table lists only one constant value 
for each staircase instead of listing the staircase history. The constant value 
reflects the last setting of the staircase.

This problem may appear in ERTS version 3.28 - 3.29

Symptom: Constant Staircase value in entire block for each staircase

>> Work around:

   1: Download http://www.erts.de/fixscase.exe into the ERTS system directoy

   2: Run FIXSCASE to self-extract the archive. This puts three new files
      in the directory:  FIXSC.BAT, FIXSC.TXT, and PATCH.COM

   3: Make back-up copies of your ERTS executable (ERTS, ERTSDEMO, ERTSVIPL, ERTSVIPD)

   4: Run FIXSC.BAT and confirm the prompt with "Y" to modify the file
